All orders are secured with bubble wrap and tissue paper then placed into a sturdy box to ensure extra protection during transit.
All U.S. packages are shipped through USPS First Class or Priority.
Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99. Orders over $100.00 ship free.
Worldwide shipping is available at your own risk.
We do our best during the packaging process to ensure your items arrive safely.
However, we cannot be held liable for any packages damaged in transit as it is traveling a far distance.
Canada shipping is $14.99. For all other countries it's $22.99. International orders over $200.00 ship free.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority as our shipping provider.
USPS tracking is only provided within the U.S.
Once your package leaves the States, tracking will not be available on our end or yours.
Your package may be susceptible to customs/import taxing fees.
We have no control over this process, contact your local customs/import tax office for more information before placing an order.
We will not offer refunds to returned packages due to unpaid custom duties.
Please understand that makeup products cannot be resold when used. We do not offer returns at this time.
If your order is damaged in transit please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the item.
